Had a wonderful experience at All American Mattress on Peavine. We went back 3 times and tried multiple beds before we decided on the perfect bed for us. Derek took the time to explain the difference in each of the beds and let us take our time and test drive (haha) each of the beds until we found the perfect bed for us. I've never met a more honest, gracious, generous store owner and salesman than Derrick of All American Mattress in Crossville, TN.   For years I have been looking for a natural latex mattress (which doesn't outgas) and voila - this store opened down the street and carries them!  Derrick has been very patient and understanding working with me and after years of uncomfortable nights, now I am cozily sleeping.  Besides the best bed ever, I love my adjustable base too. Most informative, best customer service ever!

We were searching for a new mattress for a long time. We have replaced mattresses in the past, and were looking for something different. Alas, along comes Derrick Pratt and All American Mattress.

We stopped in his store on the way back from the grocery store, on a whim, to see what this new store had to offer. We found Derrick to be very friendly, professional, and ready to help us with our sleep needs. He had a lot of expert knowledge and information to share on all of his products. He strives to create a very positive sales experience — no high pressure or sales tactics applied.

We learned a lot about Posh & Lavish, and that became our choice. We chose twin king mattresses, twin toppers and adjustable bed frames.

Delivery was as promised. Derrick’s brother, Dustin, and another helpful hand installed the adjustable frames and mattresses in our four-poster bed. They did not leave until we were shown how to use the bed frames.

It is great to have a local company, All American Mattress, in our area.   Derrick Pratt and his brother Dustin hand delivered the mattresses we purchased to our house in North Carolina.  They went way beyond simply customer service to deliver the mattresses and move furniture around for us.  The pricing was competitive and  the service was first rate. It’s refreshing to have a locally-owned mattress store in town that isn’t all about sales, sales, sales. The owner, Derrick, was extremely easy to work with and genuine through our entire interaction. He’s very proud of the brands they carry, some even made local to East TN. He’s obviously been in the business for a while despite this location being new, and was easily able to help me find the right mattress for my comfort level and sleeping style while explaining how the build and technology will benefit me. The purchase was simple and easy, and I was able to get local delivery to help me get my new mattress upstairs, as I am disabled. The delivery was done by Derrick’s brother, who was just as kind and helpful. You can tell this is truly a family affair and they are all dedicated to helping our community get better sleep.
